Product care

Follow any instructions supplied with the product. Keep desktop accessories dry unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Disconnect powered devices before cleaning, use a soft dry or lightly damp cloth where suitable, and avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners, excessive force, heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

Compatibility

Check product dimensions, connector type and device compatibility before ordering. Unless expressly stated, decorative props, phones, computers, chargers, cables and other devices shown in lifestyle images are not included.

Limited product assurance

If an item arrives damaged, materially defective or different from the ordered item, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Exclusions

This assurance does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes from use, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper charging or connection, failure to follow instructions, or incompatibility that was disclosed on the product page. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable consumer rights.
